As someone about to purchase Emerald, I find this particular conversation
very interesting. I wondered if any of you gets a second, you might drop me
a line detailing more of your problems.

If Emerald is so bad, what are you switching to?

We tried NTXacs and found it lacked severely and fell well short of its
claims. We are a small ISP of 1000 users, and we just want to streamline
account processing and authentication. Is there any software out there that
will do it?

Thanks,
Jay Kerr
