Invoice Problems

I had a problem with emerald not allowing me to invoice people. I ran the
CheckIdent Utility and cleared the problem. Now When I Invoice, and Pay it.
It says, all Items on invoice have been paid, and the balance on the billing
tab will be something like (27.01), but the time is not being extended on
the account.
