I just tried IC Verify w/o AVS (the 2.1.11) and a sample batch.
I entered 0200 in the cc expire field and did a batch out:
"C1","sa","1","111190000005353","0200","26.97"
This is a dummy CC, but the batch file DOES look right.
What does your batch out file show?
