When I batched out credit card invoices for external processing (I use
ICVerify), none of the credit cards that expired in the year 2000 were able
to be processed. When I checked the batch file, I saw that the dates were
recorded as MMYY (M=month, Y=year) for the year 2000 cards, but YYMM for
the others.
I am using Emerald 2.1.8.
I suppose that the only way to correct for this error is to enter the
credit card expiration date for my 2000 cards in Emerald in the YYMM
format, rather than the MMYY format the other cards require?
Any other ideas?
