Can't Save Incidents

Dale,
Everything was working fine. Now we can't save the incidents we are
reporting to
the Emerald database. We are running Emerald 2.1.8 as a client and SQL
6.0.
The security hasn't been changed nor has anything else yet when we try to
save the incident to the database we get a Emerald "save failed" error box.
Any ideas or what other information can I provide?
