In the market for customer service management software to help bridge the gap between sales billing and tech support. Problem being that these offices are at different locations and different subnets. Any recommendations on something that will provide an uncomplicated install at all offices while being fairly comprehensive, also on a NT platform. We are currently evaluating Goldmine and Telemagic, but are also looking at patching together ACT!.
Any opinions would be valued....
