RadiusNT 3 authenticates but gives error when sending stop records. I will
clarify the symptoms:
when a new debug window is open, It now sends the start record and does put the
call in the calls table, but when the connection closes and sends a stop
account record this is the Dr. Watson application error:
The instruction at "0x77f6754b" referenced memory at "0x00000013". The memory
could not be "read".

The debug window must be closed and opened again otherwise no accounting is
done (start or stop)

This is the debub window, the last line is it, then it displays the Dr. Watson
