Talk to Ascend, I am not currently working with the Max's
*IF* it is a firm ware bug you may have to do some testing & confim it, =
you may need to go *back* to a "Known stable" firmware
while you work it out.

and just cause you saw a firmware difference don't jump to any =
conclusions just yet....
is it just the boxes you mentioned?
are any other chassies doing this?
some times these things are not what they seem....
investigate it a bit.

Well.. the problem still exists.. and i upgraded all the max units to =
the newest software ver... any ideas?
