What used to happen was that SQL Server would start, but not
allow the database to be available and RadiusNT would fail
with a licensing problem. If you are having problems with
it not auto-starting, turn on all debug and define your
log files. Then re-boot your server and see what the logfiles
show. They should tell you why it wont start.
Most new versions of RadiusNT will try for quite a while to
connect to the DB.
