Its not hidden. The change that caused this is listed in the changes.txt
for both 4.5.5 and 4.5.6 (online users w/out an AccountID). The no links
was a side affect of not matching the on-line list based on login and only
by AccountID (for security). If there is no AccountID, there is no link.
