I am having problems with the Calls summary batch running with an
endless loop. Running the batch manually with "preview" checked, it
runs and completes without extraneous output, but running without the
preview checked, it loops endlessly showing the same summary period
again and again. Eventually (if I don't stop it) the job will fail with
a filled SQL transaction log, which I then have to backup to clear. I
have had to stop the job from running each night because when the
transaction log fills up Radius stops authenticating.
Anyone seen this problem before? Any advice on how I should deal with this?
