What is the significance of the "BillDay" column is the MasterAccounts table
of Emerald4?
We are adding users via a custom interface and it appears the BillDay
defaults to 1 if a day is not provided. Assuming a user is anniversary
billing and the anniversary is the 8th of the month, what happens if the
BillDay is 1?
