You could do a couple of things, offer a "by the byte" price and bill to amount of data transfered
outside of your LAN. I am guessing that you have or are going to get a cache server. This would
reduce the amount of traffic out of your pipe. You could also offer a "valved" option. By limiting
the amount of bandwith that they can use.
