First, does the CVX Send two NAS-Identifier attributes (actually, is
it sending NAS-IP-Address and NAS-Identifier, but your dictionary has
both of those attributes as NAS-Identifier)?

Secondly, try adding two entries for the CVX. The first should have the
IP address field as the actual IP of the NAS, and the second entry
should
have the IP Address as the "CVX1" or whatever its sending in the
NAS-Identifier field.

Emerald tries to match the NAS-Identifier to the IP Address of the NAS,
but if its sending a name as the NAS-Identifier, then that will not
work (hence you need the second entry).
