Let me try to explain:

We receive the accounting request (type 4).

> Resp Time: 94 Auth: 3/1 -> 4 Acct: 5/0/0 -> 3

We forward the request to the products.services1 RAIDUS server. The
"sending accounting ack.." line here really is incorrect, as we have not
acked the accounting request yet.

Here we receive the Accounting ack (type 5) from the other
RADIUS server, and finally send the ack back to the NAS.

I'll check into clarifying this, as the stats should not be updated
until the third step.
