[RadiusNT] Accounting ACK packet question for proxy setup...

I was looking at my proxy radius - I'm running 2.5.197 - and it looks like my
system is sending 2 accounting acks back to the NAS for each accounting record.
The first one after it proxy's the acct packet and then again when it receives
the ack from the destination radius. Am I reading this correctly or am I
mistaken?
