I don't follow what you are asking here? DO you mean if the balance
reached a certain amount?

Sure. Assuming you have the localhost entry correct, do a:
radlogin username start
radlogin username password
the second should give a over login limit if username's limit is 1 and
everything is setup correctly.

You could do a DB transfer and then just change the ODBC DSN to
point to the new machine.

Copy the passwd file over to the RadiusNT directory and run in both mode
with a
DEFUALT Password = "UNIX"
type entry at the bottom of the users file.
