[RadiusNT] Problem with multiple Stop records

We have a Livingston PortMaster PM-2e running ComOS 3.7.2. We are getting
many duplicate stop records in the accounting logs. We are running
RadiusNT version 2.5.124. I ran radius in debug mode, some of the output
is shown below. It looks like the PM is not recognising the acks. Any
help would be appreciated!
