I don't have a lot of experience with the Annexx gear, but usually
the pre-authentication is just a normal authentication with the
username as the callerid information. Livingston and Ascend both
do a deritive of that. They usually include a set password and
some type of a call check attribute so that someone can't simply
login with that usenrame/password.
