When you run RadiusNT in debug mode, keep the window minimized.
It is the video overhead that slows RadiusNT down to a crawl in
Debug mode.

The 100% CPU utilization is Dr. Watson, most likely. run "drwtsn32" and
uncheck all the option and exit. This will allow a graceful close of
RadiusNT if there is a problem and allow you to reset it. We have
identified a situation that can cause RadiusNT 2.5.155 and lower to
stop authenticating and will be issuing an update today for it.
