RadiusNT says "Radiusnt xxx Initialized" rather than waiting for
request. If you have a logfile defined in the admin, then the
information will be in that file, not on the screen.

This is caused by RadiusNT not finding a license in the database and
not having a license in the RadiusNT admin. You can ignore it if you
are evaling RadiusNT.
