First, if I select 'Other' as the Pay Method, it doesn't 'stick'. It goes
right back to renewal. I can use Custom, though. That one 'sticks'.

Also, what I am looking for is a way to prevent these people from ever
expiring. After setting things up as above, I can still expire the services
associated with such accounts by rolling back the expiration date.

Since these accounts are never actually paid, what is reponsible for
triggering the proper date combination so that these accounts won't expire?
