I think I had to create a Billing Cycle that was Balance Forward to make
the rest of it work... The "Other" on Pay Method and clearing the Expire is
what kept the accounts from expiring...

Try creating a Billing Cycle with Balance Forward/Anniversary and then
setting Other on Pay Method and clearing the Expire.

I think Dale sent an email once when I asked about the same thing... I'll
see if I still have it.
