[Emerald] Emerald invoice completely blank

I just added a new service to an existing billing record in Emerald 2.5.278
and when it asked if it should create an invoice for it, I chose yes. An
invoice was created for $54.95 with a start date of 9/2/99 and end date of
9/13/99 for a $30.00/month service. There are no line items for this
invoice and when I went to print it (just to see what it'd look like), there
was nothing but the Invoice.rpt template (no name, date, address, billing
details, invoice number, etc.)

The MBR for this account HAD an expiration date of 9/13/99, paid thru date
of 9/13/99, and billed through date of 10/13/99. After voiding the invoice,
I noticed that the billed thru date was changed to 9/2/99, the paid thru
date was changed to 10/13/99, and the expiration date was changed to
9/2/99. I don't know if the dates were incorrectly changed before or after
the invoice was voided.
