Emerald is a solid billing program, no doubt, just that I need to use some
features that Emerald does not yet support, and I think I don't want to do
it manually anymore.
But then, if there are ex-Platypus or ex-Optigold usres who switched to
Emerald, can you share as to what kind of problems did you encounter before?
