I have made a change to my SQL configuration yesterday and today I had a
problem. After first stopping both my Radius servers and then stopping
Emerald in SQL Executive, I then tried to restart the server in SQL
Exec. and it kept coming back saying "there is an instance of the
service allready running". So I then restarted the computer.
Everything had to this point been manually stopped. After rebooting
Emerald went into recovery mode for 35 minutes. This is the second time
this has happened. Any ideas why? The change I made in Sql was to the
Locks, from 5000 to 15000.
