The problem with defining a specfic dollar amount for 12 months that
has no bering on the per-month charge, is that the dollar amount must
be a multiple of 12 (not specifically a whole number, though).

200/12 = 16.666666..

I'd have to play with numbers to see if I can get it to come
out right.
