First, you need to go into the Emerald Admin, and create an
external System. Just Use NTMail as the type for now (IMail is
configured just like NTmail, from an Emerald POV, as they use
the same DLL now). In the EA Admn, on the NTMail tab, add
the ESID for the external system that you created.

Now, back in the Emerald admin, you must associated Service
types to the external system you created, to tell Emerald
which services go where (you can have multiple mail servers
or External systems with Emerald).

If you still need more info, let me know.
