URGENT: 2.5.71 date handling BROKEN!?

Whenever I SAVE account data, the dates in the billing tab are set to
wrong values, this causes customer lockouts due to 'expired' accounts.

AFAIK this was OK in 2.5.67, please check into it ASAP.
