Assuming the accounting record following is for that auth attempt (you
didn't
include enough of the auth requres to verify that), then I would assume
the
NAS didn't like the address being sent. You may need more attributes
for a static IP like Framed-Netmask, etc. Check your NAS documentation
on
what it needs for a static IP.
