The RadConfigID columun is just a key and not needed.

You didn't include the value column, which is used on many of these.
For Example:

AccountID RadAttributeID Data Value
2610 6 Framed-User 2
2610 7 PPP 1
2610 8 206.87.114.243 0
2610 9 255.255.255.0 0
2610 10 Broadcast-Listen 3
2610 12 1500 1500
2610 13 Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP 1
2610 231 Send-Auth-PAP 1
2610 244 0 0

For types of Integer (which almost all of these are) the value
column is used, NOT the data column.
