The on-line is based on the stop record and the current date/time. The
actually billing is based on the stop record, which includes the exact
time on from the NAS.

One thing you can do to help this situation, is make sure you have the
new trigger that I posted to the list a while back. It correctly
handles out of order accounting records, which is the main cause
for something like this.
