Add your IP's:
Start/Settings/Control Panel/Network/Protocol/TCP/IP Protocol
Select Advanced on the IP Address tab and enter as many IP's
and Subnets as you need. You must reboot for them to take effect.

Add your site:
Select Internet Service Manager this will load the Management
Console. Under Internet Information Server select your server
Right click it and select New/Web Site. Add the description, I
use name from www.name.com. (NEXT) Add the IP address for that site.
One some of my servers the arrow shows all IP's on the server
and some I have to type them in. (NEXT) Browse to select the path
where the files for this site will be. (NEXT) take the defaults for
now (FINISH). Your new site will show up below the Default and
Administration
Web Sites. Select it and Start it and your ready to add another.

All this assumes your DNS is done and you have set the Defaults in
the Default Web Site.
I'm sure someone can help with your particular DNS if you need it.
