This sounds like a problem we had when we first setup RadiusNT and our
Max. I seem to remember that the problem was we weren't using the
'correct' time out on the Max. You have to use ascend-idle-limit=X.

Subject: Controlling Autologoff time - how?

Does anybody know what registry setting controls the autologoff time for
the modem?

Our installation of IE4.01a is set to 14 minutes, but for some reason
everybody is logged out after 2 mins. of inactivity. We are starting to
lose customers because of this so I need to solve this problem asap.

We are using MAX4000's at the back end and they are set to never time out.

All help gratefully received.

Regards

Philip
