Hmmm If you get the Chassis, get the Premium Support 365/24/7 agreement. With
this I never had any problem to get in touch with a USR Tech. Otherwise you
will wait like our friend Derrick Young.

With the Support contract, you get 24/7 support and next day shipping to
replace any defective parts. Service is Not cheap and paying for the extra
support will save your business during that holiday weekend when you have any
problems with your chassis.
