Call Consolidation and Checking hours online !!!

Is there a way to run Call Consolidation up to a certain month ,so that
users could check there hours on a monthly period. For example, I ran Call
Consolidation and it has removed all data from the call log database. Which
is fine, but it would have been nice to keep at least 1 month's history ,
so that if someone expires on the 20 of the month, they can go back to the
20 of the last month to find out if they went over in hours.

Maybe I am not using emerald right, but the ASP page I have for checking
hours , uses the same process that emerald does to check hours for a
particular user, If I was running call consolidation every day, I would
not have any call info for that user.

Can someone explain, how they are doing there billing and check for hours
and the whole works.
