One of the reasons we moved the EmerAuth registry entries was to split
out the logfiles. The first pary was just RadiusNT.

The Error:3 means a database error. This can be caused by not having
the VerifyMailUser or VerifyNTMUser stored procedurs in your database.
The original emer_ntm.dll uses the VerifyNTMuser stored procedure.
The newer one (in /emerald/external/beta) uses the VerifyMailuser
stored procedure. They are the exact same proc, just different
names.
