Thanks for taking the time to look at that. I downloaded your edited
version and it appears that the output is pretty close to the original
(except yours doesn't repeat everything for multiple InvoiceItems, which
was what I was trying to prevent it from doing). I noticed that the
group/grand totals are incorrect, but that's probably still totalling
totalling Invoice.Amount (while repeating some of the Invoice.Items):
inv. 1234 AmountDue: $60.00 (3 $20.00 InvoiceItems)
inv. 1235 AmountDue: $15.00 (1 $15.00 InvoiceItem)
Total: $195.00 (instead of $75)

Since I don't have CR5 on any machines in the office, I'll have to fiddle
with the totals when I get home tonight.
