All roaming services that I am aware of have a RADIUS
shim or piece you can install which allows standard
RADIUS proxy to them and vice versa. We've tested both
iPass and GRIC with RadiusNT and they work fine with
the vendor's RADIUS support (most vendors actually just
use a modified Livingston's RADIUS server anyways).
