There are only two ways that it can be cleared: From the NAS and
from the admin. I believe RadiusNT supports the "reboot accounting
packet" that a Livingston will send. This will clear all ports for
that NAS. Thats the only single action to clear all ports for
a NAS. There are ways to clear a single port.
