more ODBC... but getting there..

I am now working (i guess) in ODBC.. I am getting an error that I don't
like though. In debug mode it is saying

ODBC: SQLExecDirect Error -1053:
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access 97 Driver] Index or primary key can't
contain a Null value

Is this something I should worry about?
