Are you talking about MP for bonding channels (which the above attributes
are for) or just concurrency (where two people seperately are connecting)?
If you are enforcing concurrency control in RadiusNT, then you need
enable variable login limits and set the LoginLimit field per service
to allow more than 1 concurrent call.
