I suppose this is on a LAN , yes?
If not, (meaning you are using the POP3 function or whatever) I dunno.
If so, here is how I do it:
1. Client uses Exchange Client or Outlook
2. Under Control Panel/Mail and Fax the Exchange Server service is
installed and on the Addressing Tab, the Global Address List is selected
in the "When sending mail..." box.

Works for me.
