Another suggesting including in the script a RRAS instruction to dial out.

Another helpful tool is the freeware: Netlauch

from tucows: http://tucows.jaske.com/dial95.html

NetLaunch <Picture: Download Now!>

•Version Number: 3.13a •Revision Date: June 26, 1997 •File Name:
nlsetup.exe •Byte Size: 75,033 •License: Freeware •HomePage:
http://www.primenet.com/~simpson •NT Compatible: Yes •Description: A very
well done program, NetLaunch performs many dial tasks for you. To begin
with you can have the program get you online at scheduled times, then
launch programs you specify. The program can also be used to hit the
connect button, close certain programs on going offline (or online for that
matter), reconnect you if disconnected, and much more. Very configurable,
basically, while you were reading this, you could have downloaded it and
tried for yourself!
