Help with an RAS Error.

We get callers informing they are receiving the 'Unable to Negotiate a
Compatible Set of Protocals' Message. If they reboot, it works okay. After
researching Microsofts Web Site, it points to a problem in the Users Win95
Configuration. We get sometime 3 to 4 a Day, My questions is there
something what can be wrong on a NT Server that can cause these errors. And
has anyone found a solution to help this Problem.
