Is it possible to limit bandwidth on NT workstations/servers? This to avoid
that users on our LAN slow down our line by downloading large files from
the Internet. I just want to limit a couple ports; 80, 8080 and 21 to 128K
:-) All workstations have a static IP.

Any ideas?
