Dale,
I didn't have an attribute 65 or 77. I've added attribute 77 as
"Connect-Info" with a string value. My problem early was (as you said) I
didn't have any attributes for the service type I was trying to
authenticate with.

If you read your ComOS 3.7 release notes, you'll realize that
Livingston changed CallerID from 65 to 77. Since your database
was created before this change, you will need to use the
Emerald admin to change this attribute.
