Problems with a PM3

Dear Dale,
We just got a Livingston PM3 and I am having troubles authenticating
users. This is what I get in my Radius log:

"Receive unknown attribute 77"
"Sending reject of ID 16 to ce53bb05 <Livingston PM3a>
LOG: User: chuck authorized to login.

User: chuck authorized to login."

I looked and I don't have an attribute 77. Also no accounting information
is exchanged. What do I need to change in order to get this to work?
