I hope your not losing that many customers! :)
I would imagine that you could write a small batch file with the users
name as a variable to delete the users FTP dir, and then a NTmailbox. As
for the forwards, I believe NTmail has many command line options for
user account handling that could also be incorporated into a batch file.
I plan on writting one myself here in a few days.
