I just made this up and it works here ok, modify it for your needs.

called from the command line as "deleteuser username"

---Deleteuser.bat---
rmdir /s \\MACHINENAME\usersdir\%1
cd\
cd\ntmail\in
del %1.*
cd\
--------------------

The %1 is replaced with the username variable.

This effectively deletes the users FTP dir and all it's files, then goes
to the NTmail dir and deletes the users mailbox files.

Quick and dirty, but be carefull and test it first. :)
